Looking for a APT for a friend in NY
I have a friend that needs a APT ASAP. The place needs to be in the LI, BK, or Queens area close to the LI railroad. 1 bedroom or Studio thanks.

there are other factors that will also need to be considered (unofficially and unfortunately) since Qns has pretty much turned into a bordertown of races and ethnicities (that's why you don't see many apartments available on craigslist). If you drive around my area there are tons of 'for rent' signs but they definitely want to 'see' you in person.
