I think would be great place for our next meet for the DC,MD and VA Crew. I went there today for a drive. There were a Volkswagon Jetta Rabbit meet going on which of course my GS caused a stir. But they have grills and benches and those of us who likes to fish (ME), great spot. And plenty of parking. So what do you all think?
I've mentioned it several times as well. I've never gotten a response to it. I thought it would have been a great site for lexfest last year. Plenty a room for cars and amenities for the families.
Rt. 50 east, Last exit before you go across the bridge. We have do as we say in the military, some Recon and Surviel the area for exploitation. I maybe heading back up there early Saturday morning. It's a 3.00 fee for all day parking but that's the only negative part. Let me if you want to check it out. Group can roll up there so the group can get a feel for the place. Lot of car groups have meets there. Last weekend was a Volkwagen meet that I stumble onto. Of course everyone was 20 years younger than me . But the young ladies love the BC lexi.
Sounds like an excellent location Nate our next meet should be in May with the NY/NJ crew out in Jersey somewhere. We can setup something at Sandy Beach in June for the local NELOC meet.
