VERY IMPORTANT !!!

Ok guys, I really need to get a list of all that want to attend and all that are maybes for what ever reason.
Like I mentioned before, I am working on setting a price for this and so to do that, I need as many people to show on a list so that i can present it to the staff at Beaverun.

A couple of days ago I counted every person that wanted to attend in every website that i posted and counted 90 people with the exception of the "maybes" . So I know there are people interested. i just need some more details.

For this, I need EVERY person whether it's a definate or maybe to PM me so that I can create a single list. I really want this do be done ASAP. So, as soon as you have the opportunity please PM me as follows:

5. Location: (Just to have an idea how far people are traveling)

As soon as I have this info. I will present it and will update all of you on all details. I will also post the list so that everybody can see where we stand with attendees.

He is organizing the meet now. It's not until June/July. Information will be available as the time gets closer so that you can make arrangements to fly in from CA. All those other posts weren't necessary either.

$40 pre-registered, $50 at the gate, camping $10 per night

IMPORTANT

We need as many people to register as soon as possible. The event is soon and if not enough people register then there is still a chance of us loosing our place in August. I would think that if at least 30 people pre-register we can hold our spot.

Ok neloc who is interested in going to this. I know we have our PA meet July 22nd. I'll do both but just want to see who is interested in the Toyota Meet.
