ok I know I am going to get joked for this one but....who saw Automan on Street Fury??

 

I did, thought it was some real nice exposure and his car looked great! And that piece on Black Smith Racing almost made me wish I lived in D.C., that place looks sharp.

 

See, I wasn't even going to go there, since I thought I was the only one who saw him on there.

 

strange enough... I knew nothing about Black SMith Racing....and they are suppose to be in BMore.... I guess I am a county boy

Never heard of it either. Will ask around at some of the local rim shops this weekend. Rim shop called No Limit seems to know all of the modding shops in the area. Will try to track down and keep you all informed.

 

no limits.....is the most expensive rim shop ever.... I was looking at some Volk rims and tires... there were going to charge me 4k

 

This is true!!!! They wanted to charge me $100 for metal, custom fitted to my car, hub rings. However they do seem to know just about every shop that does any kind of mod in the area. They were the ones who eventually installed my rims after 3 different shops couldn't figure out that my tires needed to be reverse mounted on my rims. Boy, I bent over that day. uuuunnngggghhhhh!!!!!!!!

 

I know the owner of Black Smith, he just opened it up a few months ago, it up in the Timonium area. I havent made it up there yet, but some of my boys have, they said its a real nice shop. The owner is a real cool dude, his name is Maurice. he has been working on getting a place opened for well over a year, finally had it come together. he has smoe good connections with people in the business on a national level. I will post some contact info up for the local folks, I have his card around here somewhere.

I say we roll up there NELOC style. Maybe he can sponser us or something. I would like to check out his shop. Maybe he can do something about the famous GS430 lag. This streetfury show, when does it come on and what channel. I am usually catching pinks and unique (put cheap pep boys rims on the CLS) autosports.

you know... I always said to myself they were putting some horrible rims on those cars..(not to say I have spent a bundle) but some of those rims on Unique could be better....Yes I second the motion... We need to do a drive by Black Smith's NELOC style...with that said..I will wait for the crew before I head up there....Street Fury comes on the G4TV channel(69 in Bmore) on Sunday's at 6pm
