Colorado Emissions?
Hi. I am looking to move to Denver from Chicago in the next month and am curious about emissions. I have a 1995 LS400 and in Illinois its exempt from emission testing. I know that is not the case in Colorado, but I'm wondering how strict it is. Any inside info would be helpful at this time.
