Default Looking for a LS400

Hi, this is my first post here in clublexus so I hope this is the right place!
I am looking for a LS400 preferably a 1992-1994 but a 90,91 might work if I find an exceptional one. I had a couple questions for everyone here.

Are there any critical problems with the ls400, something that could happen quickly and leave me stranded?
I will be going on a lot of road trips and if this happened it would be very annoying.
I am planning on finding one with less then 200k if that makes a big difference.
Second, if I do buy one with the air suspension how long/expensive would it cost to convert to coil overs?
And finally is there anyway to convert a ls400 to a manual, this would probably not be for a while, but I'm just curious if anyone on here has done a swap? I love driving stick and have never actually owned a automatic car so I am curious
Thanks, and hopefully I get my Lexus soon!

200 K miles and even less miles could be needed lots and lots of work before a road trip. All the potential leaks, all the loose or worn suspension parts, hoses, timing belt, accessory drive belt, starter etc. All those items can be a potential problem. ECU and cluster caps etc.
