Looking to upgrade to a Lexus GX460 for my growing family so this lexus has to go. This is my first lexus and despite it being a 15 year old car, its probabaly the best car I've ever owned. I like it more than my wife's tesla model 3.

If my deal for the gx doesnt go through this car will remain my DD and will me off the market.

I am the 2nd owner. Bought it in 2018 at 26k miles. The car has a clean title and has been flawless. Garage kept. It is well maintained. Carfax is up to date until my ownership since my mechanic doesnt submit the documents to carfax but I have documents to supplement its maintenance. Oil changes every 5k miles. Always used 91 gas. Car has new brakes. New michelin premier tires from Costco. Bought last year since old tires were the MXM4 from decades ago. Timing belt was changed in 2015.

I want to be as transparent as possible. Problems with the car.

1. Telescope function on steering wheel doesnt work. Only goes up and down.
2. Lots of front bumper paint chips with 2 cracks. My wife hit a crate box on the 405. The front bumper is the worst part on the exterior of the car
3. 2 small cracks on rear bumper
4. Roof molding cover on left and right is unwrapping.

Ill add more when I think of them.
Problems 1 and 4 are common issues reported by all forum members. quick search will tell you its normal.


Exterior I would give 8 out of 10. Interior easily a 9 out of 10 (some minor superficial scratches on the shifter base). The leather has no tears and still looks and feels amazing.
