I was changing the oil when I accidently spilled oil over the head and missed the funnel. Cleaned it up and the idle is rough whenever its warm. I suspected it was the spark plugs or coil packs. Changed them all and the problem hasn't gone away.

Any suggestions?

Car seems to run fine, and it idles fine when its cold. Just once it warms up the idle is low and rough.
