45K Mile Maintenance Questions

45K Mile Maintenance Questions
The dealers out here in the Chicago area are asking $400 for the 45K mainteance on the wife's 2000 RX300.
This seems excessive - or is is just me? They change the oil, differential oil, transfercase oil, and a bunch of inspections.
Also, what are your thoughts on the Differential and Transfercase oil - the manual shows those only to be changed every 30K and it is not clear at that.
