L/Certified but carfax shows accident damage?
So has anyone come across an L/Certified vehicle that shows accident damage on the Carfax? Not salvage, everything else is in the green etc, but it shows damage to the rear. However, because it's L/Certified it carries with it the warranty etc. I'm contemplating if I should even entertain the idea. Car in question is a 2016 IS 300 F Sport, see the link below. I'd love to hear your guys' thoughts on something like this. Obviously if and when I would go to sell it down the road, I feel like that'd come back to bite me. But if everything checks out from Lexus and it has a good warranty for the foreseeable future, why not? There's a link to the carfax on the cars page, by the way. Thanks guys!

It looks like the damage was purely cosmetics, car was driveable after accident. What are you really afraid of? I personally try to avoid car with accident record but in this case, I would go take a look at the car and just see how the paint job is done on the car.
If it is something that you can live it, I would not worry too much especially since it is L certified.
