Try posting this question in the IS250 forum. In fact, if you search there, I am sure it has been asked and answered many times! Usually you want Iridium spark plugs these days.

Based on my research, the Lexus recommended spark plug (Denso, Iridium) is already one of (if not the) best spark plug designs out there.
The only change I'd personally consider is using an equivalent NGK - I'm a brand loyalist sometimes.

Have you checked the condition of your rear shocks and bushings?

If NGK plugs are being counterfeited, you can pretty much be assured that Denso plugs are also. Anything that is fairly expensive is being copied by the Chinese and sold at extremely reduced prices. If you want to insure that you are getting the genuine product, be sure that you purchase from a reputable vendor and as always, if the price is too good to be true, there's a reason for that.

ditch the drilled hole rotors. I mean, go ahead if you really like them, but hours upon hours of looking into it and i came away generally that it did very little if anything, and in some respects makes it worse. i didn't read anything like that on slotted rotors however. it just sucks that they have to make OEM x4 more expensive for everything, sometimes its not even warranted. lol like i had to buy a grill. i looked at both up close and i couldnt not tell the difference. 50.oo vs. 400.its mad

Ended up sanding and painting. Did the rotors in Flat Aluminum Silver and Calipers in Orange - they look great!
I'm definitely a big proponent for aftermarket parts, one can often find the same or better performance (vs OEM) at a fraction of the cost. The caveat is that ensuring quality takes a little more research.
