will not start

1992 lexus SC300
New battery. Short stunts about town for 3 weeks. Now sits in driveway..will not start. radio works etc.. Ideas of what might be wrong.

My 92 sc400 is cranking, but no start. New battery. Just not turning over. Possibly thinking its the ECM or fuel pump. Any help would be most graciously welcome.
