Im trying to get my transmission solenoid values. I can take measurements at the 1.)ECM Wireing 2.) Transmission from the Valve Body Wireing. 3.) Individual Measurements out of the valve. My question What is the typical resistance of the ECM wires themselves. I already have the values of what my solenoids should be but the service is trying to lead me to believe all measurements are the same. Id assume the measurements taken from the ecm might be different in all 3 readings as the wiring would add to the resistance. This information would help me determine if perhaps the wire itself is bad.Hello Im haveing some transmission issues. The problems seems electrical its a well discussed topic with no real solution or atleast none for me and the other individuals in our situation. It shifts smooth but goes into a safety mode and locks me out of higher gears.Im going to conduct a series of tests before having to go to a dealer.
