I'll try to be more helpful than the answer you got above.
With regards to brand, I recommend staying with Denso plugs. There are many reports on CL of troubles with using NGK, Bosch etc. OEM Denso plugs can be had on Ebay or Rock Auto for a reasonable price (about 7 bucks apiece).
As for intervals, I would do them at 80k miles. They're Iridium which last a LONG time, and intervals call for 120k miles, but considering the reasonable cost of replacement, I wouldn't go that long.

You mean HE agrees with YOU. Regardless, I don't see the harm in answering a question with helpful advice, which is what these forums are for. Maybe he doesn't have an owners manual...I know my son's Lexus was sold without one. Cut the guy some slack.
In another thread someone spoke about oil and what to use. You didn't tell THEM to read their manual. If you had, you'd have advised them to use TGMO...you advised "Amsoil". Same with plugs. Not everyone will use OEM plugs. Some will go with an NGK or Bosch etc....but in this case, Denso is the way to go.
