Default Whining sound coming from engine bay.

Hello, fairly new owner of a 2016 GS 350 F Sport here, car was purchased in early December.
Recently I have noticed a high pitched whining sound coming from my engine bay when idle and below 1500 RPM, I've checked all my fluids and everything are up to level. The car only has 2900 miles on it and I was wondering if this was normal, but I haven't noticed it since having the car, I can take it back to the dealership and have them check on it, but just wanted to check with you guys and see if anyone knows what could possibly be the problem or if this was normal.
Here's a video if you guys can help diagnose this for me, Thanks!

Sounds normal to me. However, you have a great warranty. I would take it to the dealer just to be sure. You are probably just getting used to the new noises of your new car as it breaks in.

I thought motors on new cars are suppose to be quiet, when I purchased my 2000 toyota camry it was very quite but I still also knew that the car was on.
