My girlfriend and I purchased a 2007 Lexus RX350 a couple months ago that has about 30,000 miles on it. Yesterday, she drove home from work to my parents to pick up our daughter with no issues but, when she started the car to leave it threw a CEL along with a VSC light and Traction control light. Now the car shudders while parked and the idle fluctuates. I had it scanned and it threw the following codes:

C1201 - ABS
P0015 - Exahust Cam Position Timing Over Retarded
P0017 - Crank Position Corr Bank 1 Sensor B
P0300 - Misfire Random
P0301 - Cylinder 1 Misfire
P0303 - Cylinder 3 Misfire
P0305 - Cylinder 5 Misfire

Any ideas what could be causing this issue?

Without being able to actually put hands on the vehicle, I would venture a guess that the oil control valve for bank 1 is failing/failed. Won't explain the ABS code but it would account for all the others.
