I've been driving my car for about 2 months now and yesterday the brakes started locking up. For example, if i'm approaching a stop sign, mid-way pressing my break they lock up and i have to press really hard to stop the truck. It doesn't do it every time but it does it enough. There were new brakes put on before I bought it. What could it be and what should I do to fix it? I don't want it to get worse.

Maybe things can contribute:
- seized brake caliper
- seized brake pads
- air in the brake line

You need to take it to a shop (or the shop who worked on the brakes).
