Default Toyota Techstream OBD3

I purchased a cable and DVD from Amazon for Lexus OBD. The DVD wouldn't work and I found that they had sent me the wrong software. They told me to keep the 16 pin cable. So having cable in hand I went to look for applicable Techstream software for our cars. I did find the official Toyota download site but one requires a key to unlock the download. Also, every one I found states that the PC OS must be XP 32 bit. No Win 7 -8 - 10 or 64 bit machines.

Do any of you computer wizards have any advice for this? Does anyone have a link to a known good product to buy with the software? I already have the cable, just need the software but do not have an XP PC just Win 8.1 and Win 7.

It seems that most of the listings on Ebay and Amazon are Chinese companies using pirated software that sometimes works and sometimes don't. I already have Carista.

hey do some more searching in here. There are several people that have it loaded on windows 7 or 8 machines. try the gs300, gs350 or gx47- forums. can't remember where the instructions are. Search using" techstream"
