I used a service called "Mr Chips" in New Jersey on our 93LS. They used what looked like a dental drill to prepare the chip and then a filling compound which they cured with a UV light. They came to my house and I was suprised to find out that the insurance companies generally wave the deductable if you use this service as opposed to replacing the windshield. They claim it is guarenteed and state it is better than a replacement because the factory windshield seal is not broken. I was very happy with the result especially since it was FREE !!
