Default 94 lexus es300 big problem

Hi im brand new to this forum and lexus. I just bought a lexus knowing it had a problem. So before I really tackle this I was hoping to get some insight in it. Ok so when you first start the car it wont stay idling inless I kinda feather the peddle a little but if I give it to much it just bogs immediately. Once the car is warmed up it will idle but wont accelerate hard or even just a steady climb in acceleration inless I feather it real slow then I can eventually get the car pretty high in rpm until fuel cut. When it is warm if I stomp on the gas it will bog real low but just stay idling enough to stay running. Now it has an obd2 plug and I have a scanner and I cant seem to pull codes. There is an engine light but cant seem to get anything... I know it works cause I just used it on a neighbors car and gave me the correct code to fix the problem. I can tell you there is a pretty big tare in the intake tube after the MAF sensor and read this could cause it to have bad acceleration but to this severity? Thanks for any help...

Could a cam sensor be bad if it has any? Not sure if it does in these.

So I fixed the intake tube but I still have the same problem. Any ideas of what I should tackle next?

Clean the mass air flow sensor (with the right cleaner). I'd try pinning the diagnostic connector under the hood, and count the check engine light flashes. Good luck.
