How do you jack up a lowered car?
Ok, my car is dropped over 2", how do you guys jack up your car to take of the tires or do other work underneath your car is if is lowered? I can't fit ANY jack under there without destroying my body kit.... what do you guys do???
God forbid, anyone ever have to get their car towed from the side of the road, but if your car is dropped down and has a body kit on it, how the hell would it be possible to have any type of tow truck tow your car without breaking half of the stuff on your car? Anyone had any experience with this, or tips as what to do?

you will get some 2x4s or some wood from home depot. create a ramp for just one tire, left or right. both sides is fine too actually better. you need one person to hold onto the wood ramps with their feet so they dont slide/move while you SLOWLY drive up on it. once its up like this, you can slide the jack under. hope you got the picture
EDIT: clarification- you dont have to actually construct a ramp. just lay down the wood...might have to use more than 1 wood. If so, they should not be stacked altogether...the second wood will be on top of the first one, kinda slid away....like steps on a stair. remember you need a friend to keep his/her foot down or else the wood will start to move as you drive up on it, and because of this you will have to drive really slowly and carefully w/o running his foot over (duh).
towing the car that is lowered....well tough luck, tow guy doesnt really care.

yea arthur (wolfy187) has a horror story of gettin his turboed sc300 towed....its almost impossible to get a car with a body kit towed...even if it is a flat bed...its hard as hell to get it on that flatbed even using 2x4's etc etc.

Driving onto some wood blocks to create enough space for the jack works good, just remember to lower it back onto the same blocks, otherwise the jack will get stuck underneath. Sounds like a no-brainer but I've seen it done before.
I have a neighbor who built a garage. He put in a shallow drive on lift. Once on the lift, there are two moveable compressed air jacks that raise the car off the lift to change tires. I go to his house.
