Default Leak detection dye?

A couple of months ago i had a leak some weher around the power steering pump . we came to realize it was coming from the engine seals . It was hard to tell were the leak was coming from so my local mechanic put some yellow dye into the power steering Reservoir . My questions is : Do i need to drain the power steering fluid or is it safe to leave the dye in the Reservoir ? FYI Lexus fixed the leak no charge . Was due to Valve seals ... guess its common .

don't think you need to do anything. I would call lexus up and ask them if they recommend to change out the fluid or not.

You can leave the dye alone, won't cause any problems.
