Question How to remove a worn screw?

Hey guys, I'm trying to change out my foglight bulbs but the screws holding them in place are really worn down and I can't remove them with a screwdriver anymore. Is there any other way that I may be able to remove them without having to take the car to a shop to have the screws busted out?

I tried spraying some WD40 behind the screws to lubricate it and tried using pliers to twist them out but it didn't work.

Any ideas?

If you have a dremel or anything like that you can cut a straight notch in it so you can turn it with a flat head screwdriver or try to drill it out.

2 things that might work. Put super glue in the worn out hole and on the end of a screwdriver and let it set up a few minutes with the screwdriver in the hole. This may allow you to bust it a loose.

What I did with my Lexus key when the screw head was stripped was pry open the plastic house ever so slightly, then turn the screw while the housing was pryed. Came right out. This may work with the foggies, but be careful.

Yup ^^ I forget the brand I used while working on my basement. But it was more expensive than the black and decker but worked perfectly... Ill have to try that black and decker one with the set for $10 see if it works.
