DWD A/C cleaner
I saw this cleaner as part of the A/C cleaning by the dealer. I can buy the spray, anyone have an idea on how it's used.

Haven't seen the product you mention.
My local Toyota dealer offers AC service with a product like this:
http://www.acsource.com/product.asp?0=213&1=255&3=136
It produces a foam and they stick the hose up the drain, down the vents and in any other hole they have in the system.
They charge $39.95.
You can get 2 cans of this stuff for about the same price (w/shipping).
Spend 30 minutes and "The Air Repair™ evaporator
treatment leaves behind a pleasing citrus scent."

Every time
you use the A/C you "wash" the A/C evaporator. Any "chemical" you manage to coat it with will soon be gone. And some of these chemicals only serve to kill off the mold and mildew temporarily anyway.
In 92 Lexus coated the LS evaporator for just this reason.
It was an anti-microbe chemical, the evaporator vane surface were first covered with a porus nylon film into which the chemical was embedded.
Within weeks of having purchased the car the chemical had already been "leached", washed, out of the pores and now I had a towell (porus nylon coating) wrapped evaporator so it would retain even more moisture over the long term within those pores.
The eed device is the only long term solution I have seen and it appears that both Ford and saturn have adopted it are some equivalent

A reasonably intelligent person should not infer from this advertised statement that this product offers anything more than a temporary solution.
Here's the link again:

The concept of temporariness (real word) is used loosely,
with a range of interpretations, all based in the common
meaning, "lasting for a limited time".
Speaking of temporary solutions, I found another product.
This time a spray, about which Likecars was initially inquiring.
Here's the link for Wurth A/C & Heating System Cleaner,
which seems like glorified, expensive Lysol:

I can't find this DWD cleaner.
