Cold weather items
just moved to a cold part of canada, and i need to winterize it asap.
i bought a block heater from the dealer.
i plan on getting an oil pan magnet heater, and an interior heater, both i know where to buy.
i want a battery blanket, preferably a plug in type, but i dont know where to buy one.
also, is there any other recommended accessories??
the vehicle is an 04 RX330

emergency kit in case you get stuck in the snow.
eg. shovel, bag of sand/kitty litter. road triangles. maybe some chains.
blankets, chocolate bars, water, etc. in case you have to sleep in your car

To winterize (store) the vehicle:
- fill the gas tank and add some fuel stabilizer
- inflate the tires to 40 psi
- wash the car
- car cover
- oil change
- remove the battery and charge the battery with a charge once a month

thanks for the suggestions,
its not too extreme, only Regina Saskatchewan, but it does get pretty damn cold for weeks on end, better safe than sorry,
i wont be storing it, like i said, its an 04 RX330 (with AWD) so its pretty decent in the snow,
does anyone know where i can get a plug in battery blanket??
