I recently puchased this car and both of the heated seat switches' light up, but neither seat gets hot? I checked fuse #30 under the hood, but it was fine. Any ideas as to where I might take a look? Is this a common problem? I can't believe that both heating units went, bad. Thanks for any suggestions!!

 

The seat heaters on my '98 ES300 were replaced in Dec '01 under warranty. I was told the unit in the passenger seat had failed and had destroyed the heating element in the drivers seat
