Hey there...

I'm wondering if anyone could possibly help me!
I just purchased a new front passenger power door lock button for my 1998 ES 300 since it broke off... BUT...
I can't figure out how to get the wood paneling off around the door lock switch and power window switch... am I even supposed to pry that part off ? or do I have to take the whole door panel off...

Any help is GREATLY appreciated...
