Default 120K Service - 1998 GS400

Hi all

I will need a 120K service done fairly soon for a GS400. I am looking for advice on two things:

1) Is there anything I should have done at the same time as the 120K service?
The car has had the 30, 60 and 90K services done on schedule and the car is in good working order

2) What did you pay for 120K service? Dealer or independent mechanic?

Thanks in advance

120k should be the same as 30k. Dont know what you had done for 90k but I'd definately do Air filter, cabin filter, brake fluid, transmission fluid and coolant change.

For the GS, the spark plugs require replacement, but it all depends on what you had done already as different dealerships do them differently.

Have you had your Tbelt and waterpump changed? That should have been done along with the 90k. a 120k is not the same as a 30k. it is the same as a 60k. Really depends on how your dealership does it. I would deffinately get it done at a dealer. going to cost a little over 1000$ again depending on what gets done.
