Default Advice on tuning up a 100k mile GS400?

i just purchased a 99 gs400 with 100k miles on it and would like to freshen it up a bit. I plan to do the following-

transmission fluid flush
oil change
spark plugs
air filter
coolant flush
brake check/service
accessory belts/timing belt

anything i miss? I'd like this car to last another 100K+ miles.

Water pump and battery replacement come to mind.

The previous owner might have done some of the major maintenance items. Did the dealer provide you the service record?

unfortunately no, i purchased the car at a wholesale dealer ship, great price just a lot of miles on the car (plus a few things that need to be replaced). Rather then wait for something to happen i'm just going to jump in and take care of it at once.

Edit- also should i go ahead and replace the tensioner, bearings, and t stat?

*whew* this is going to add up, any suggestions on where to get best price for parts?

Check under the hood, you should see a sticker indicating a timing belt/water pump replacement. It needs to be done if it hasn’t already at 90k.

Also, any Lexus dealership can print out records for yoru car.

Actually, given the car's age (6 years) and the industry miles/year average (15,000), I'd say your car is in the "average miles" bracket. Do you mind if I ask what you gave for it?

In my experience, they won't print them out unless you have the previous owner's consent. They will, however, give the information out over the phone. Maybe I just got jipped???
