Default Vendor Feedback: Careless Packaging

Hello,

Forgive me if this is the wrong location for this kind of post but this posting (https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=183901) seems to indicate this might be the preferred place.

I wanted to share my experience with buying parts from Pembroke Pines Lexus. I order about $800 worth of parts from them in one order which they filled correctly and shipped quickly. Unfortunately when the package arrived I was horrified to find they had thrown everything into one large box without any packaging material. The 4 HEAVY brake rotors had spent then entire trip bouncing around the box with all the other smaller, and more delicate parts. All the other parts were out of their little boxes and tossed all over the place. It's amazing there wasn't more damage. Totally senseless. I sent them an email with my complaint yet they have yet to reply. I'm not holding my breath. I will certainly never buy from them again.

Looks pretty bad. Although they have pretty good prices online.
Btw, reminds me of how I ordered a huge roll of Bubble Wrap from Office Depot -- it arrived unpacked, just plain roll, without any packaging materials. Bastards!

Curiously, how much did this box weigh? This looks like boxes I've sent to-from Japan.

The box weighed 80lbs according to UPS, seemed a bit heavier to me though. Very awkward to pick up too, probably why it ended up getting pushed around.
