Fast check engine blink
I recently had codes 31 and 71 on CEL and 63 on my O/D on my SC400. After working on the CEL, I checked for the codes and now, its just a fast blink. I reset the ECU by disconnecting the (-) terminal. What does the fast blink mean? I cant find it on the service manual. Thanks
