Hello guys, i just picked up a 97 sc 300 w/1jz I would like to keep her healthy, please tell me what is the best oil for

Engine
Auto transmission
Power Steering fluid and etc.

I also don't know what spark plugs to buy and oil filter. I would really appreciate the help guys.

 

I'm pretty sure that the mods are going to move this right away. I use 5W50 synthetic every 3500 miles. For tranny fluid, I stick with the factory toyota specs (Mercon III for the power steering)
