Default something wrong with my engine

i have a "GS430" 4.3 engine and i havent drive my car for 3 days and now its making this awful noise by the belt that routine around the pulleys and i believe i think i need a new belt its about 62k miles but right where the alternator is making the noise..i spray the belt with the dresser that made it help stop the noise and it came back again after 2 hour or so.

Default Some suggestions

Maybe the pulley bearing, which is a quick, cheap fix? I read about it here:

You just need a new drive belt. The belt may cost you around $70-80.00 and it's easy to do.

In addition, i doubt the dresser spray helped. Most dressers have some type of oil in it so essentially, your belts are slipping because of the oily surface. Make sure you clean the pulley well before you put in your new belt, to avoid future slipping.

can either be the pulley or the belt itself. If the noise is so high pitched, that you can barely hear anything and it sound like the car in going into terminal meltdown; pulley bearing s are shot. Most likely it is just the belt itself and is cheap to fix. Under $100 .
