Default signal light help

This will be that last time I bother you guys with this but I still do not have any signal lights. I changeg out that flasher on inside kicker panel. My hazzards work fine and all the fuses are good. When I hit my signal lights the corner lights come on but not the amber lights in the headlights. Can anyone give me any help with this? I have a SC400 93'. Is there a cheaper route than going to the "stealership"?

You may have a bad combination switch. It's very complicate to try to figure out the electrical problem online unless some of the SC guys had this problem before can chime in. I will leave this thread open.
