Default 1991 Lexus ES250 ignition locked

I got into my Lexus today and put the key in it and it would not turn. Have looked at all the fuses, turned steering wheel while trying to turn key, and anything else I could think of. Please help.
Is there something I am missing or do I have to get it towed and get the dealership to fix it? And what would that cost? Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Make sure the shifter level is at Park position. You may want to apply some force jiggling the stearing wheel left and then right while turning the key. That is all I know.
