Can anyone tell me how I can contact the local Lexus zone/district rep? Where does one find contact info for such a person?
I need to get the white pearl yellowing paint problem resolved - and the dealer isn't satisfying me.

Now I did have my GS repainted even though I had 100k miles. There is a TSB for it, they did it as a one time courtesy.
Only the service manager at the dealer knows who is the DOM( District Op Manager) in your area is. You're in N.J and you may be on district 3or 4 that covered the north eastern part of U.S. They may have about 60 Lexus dealerships in that area and about 5 DOMs to take care of their designated dealers.
I'm in the district 5( South eastern) which has 55 dealers in 8 states. Our DOM alway change every years. DOM only show up at the dealer once a month and service manager will set up all the appointments with the customers that need to talk to DOM in that day, because he traveling a lot from city to city.

There's no TSB for it. If there's a TSB it only covered 4 years/50k miles which ever comes firsts. In your case it was difference. You have good relationship with the dealer and service manager and that was back in 2002 and your car was 1999. It was easier for the service manager to covered your car under goodwill because it's only 3 years old. I don't know Lexus will go out and repaint the car after 5-6 years old.
Thanks for the info. My service manager wouldn't do anything unless I could show him the specific TSB. After searching the TSB's, I conclude that there is NO TSB for this specific thing. However, I do consider it a factory defect. My car was under the 100K warranty, and I am on record as having complained about it before the warranty was up. So I'd like to talk to the "DOM" directly to see if I can get anywhere, even if they'll pick up SOME of the cost. Apparently getting access to these people is like trying to meet with a CIA operative.
