If you live near the shore there's Ray Catena Lexus. Outstanding service center. I'm having my car washed as I type this. Good coffee & bagels also.

Depends on where you live. Theres Lexus of Edison on rt1 and then there also Lexus of Rt 10. both dealerships you cant go wrong with. If you go to Lexus of RT 10 ask for Marc or Jason(both are members on this forum as well) and they will both take care of you.

ES300_NJ, I've been going to Lexus of Bridgewater for over 15 years.. All three RXs were purchased from them. I've had the same SA since basically day one. She's the absolute best. The service manager is also a great guy. I've known him for around 10 years. There are eight dealers closer to me but I won't go anywhere else. My experience with northern NJ dealers in general (not just Lexus) has not been very positive. Central and southern NJ dealers are much better.

Have you checked the regional forum for recommendations?

I've heard Route 10 and Prestige were excellent. Catena was hit or miss with.

Good advice about checking the regional forum

NELOC (northeast lexus owners club) will yield a ton of info.

Service at Lexus of RT 10 is wonderful. They are super nice, honest and will look for answers if you have an unusual issue. Ive used them, formerly Warnock Lexus since '98.A great service advisoe makes a difference, too.

How would you know that they were asking you to fix things that didn't need repair. Is it possible that they were just recommending preventative maintenance, like belts or leaking seals or worn bushings? I use them and have never had an issue with the service department. Thanks. Regards. Ned.
