I am new to this code stuff but am fairly handy fixing cars. I have a CEL that comes and goes on its own, every couple of days. The car is a 2000 RX300. 86000 miles. I took it by Autozone and they got a P1150 code that said "lack of HO2S21 switch adaptive fuel at limit". I nosed around the forum and found the Lexus Code Retrieval post and it said "Air/Fuel Ratio Sensor Circuit Range/ Performance Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 1)".
I take it this is a 02 sensor. Where is it located and where can I get a good cheap one? I will greatly appreciate any help you can give.

Bank 2 is in the front of the car... and Sensor 1 is the sensor in the manifold, right before the cat. As far where to get one cheap... that i cant help you with.
And it actually is an Air/Fuel sensor, not an O2 sensor. They are different. You have 2 Air/Fuel sensors in your car, one before each cat. And you have 1 O2 sensor, after the two forwards cats.
