I'm getting the P1150 code on my Lexus and need a little help with this code.

I looked it up online which shows:

Air/Fuel Ratio Sensor Circuit Range/Performance Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 1)

Can anyone advise what the part # from Denso is for the correct Air/Fuel Ratio sensor for a 2000 Lexus, and where this sensor is located. (if any diagrams?)

I'm not really sure how many oxygen or A/F sensors this car has, are there two Air/Fuel Sensors and 1 oxygen or two oxygen and 1 air/fuel sensor?

Okay I see it is Denso part # 234-9021 for both the front and rear Air/Fuel Ratio sensors.

Does anyone know the part # for the oxygen sensor behind the Cat? All I can read off it is 3120 but cannot make out any other number.
