hi,
i just installed a new battery in my SC last week. now everytime i turn off my engine and pull out my key i get a beeping sound. it's not the window/ sunroof beep. it's a faster beeping sound. i remember reading somewhere about this but i couldn't find it on the search. could someone point me out how to get rid of the sound. no lights are coming up so i don't think anything is wrong; it's just a little annoying.

Every once in awhile the phone in my car freaks out and starts beeping. Did/does your car have a phone?

no i didn't have a carphone in my car. i'm pretty sure it has something to do w/ installing a new battery.
