Default Akebono’s ProACT brake pad comments?

I'm coming up on a brake job and there are a variety set-up's that it makes my head spin. Har-har.

Anyway...specifically, I plan on using a stock plain rotor replacemnt possibly Brembo or StopTech, any comments on the Akebono ProACT's in this application?

I just bought these yesterday and I'm awaiting for it to arrive. I had the choice of getting the EBC or the Akebono Pro- ACT, because the brake dust that the stock pads give off is non-sense. I drive it for 5 miles, and the dust collects on the wheels like crazy. I decided to buy the Akebono ceramic because of the great reports I read all over the internet. We'll see once it is installed..

I've had the Proacts in for about 10K now. No squeaks, stopping feels the same as before, I'm happy with them.
