The spoiler brake light in my 99 GS400 has not worked properly since I bought the car last year. I finally got around to searching for a vendor that sells these LED brake lights separately. To note, I'm fairly positive the spoiler brake light in the factory spoiler is not sold separately through Lexus.

I ordered a replacement brake light from Electrodyne. They have a variety of shapes and sizes available on their website. Hopefully this will help someone else that runs across this type of problem in the future:
