I you have to pay to get the specific details. I was hoping i could fix the problem myself since it wasn't bad enough to pay the dealer. I used to be on Miata.net and their tsb tells exactly what's wrong and how to fix it and it's up to the owner to fix it him/herself or bring the car to the dealer.
However, I didn't' see any thing on the list for 94 sc400 with glove box related problem.
