Engine stalling a bit...

After rough freeway rolling and cut engine, start again and my engine is stalling a bit...low RPM...Why is that ?

Most likely you IAC (Idle Air Control Valve) is sticking and will need to be replaced. You can try to take it off and run some carb cleaner/throttle up type product through it if you want to save some money, if that doesnt work it will need to be replaced.
