High pressure fuel pump circuit
Hello All
I have a 2006 GS450h and it has been a very well performing and comfy car
About a year ago the water pump failed so that was replaced
Since our mechanic replaced it the car has not functioned properly at all
Code P1235 which is high pressure fuel pump circuit has been on constantly and has kept the car in limp mode
I have tried clearing codes multiple times
Is there any known fragile connections that could have been damaged during water pump change?
I dont know quite where to start so any knowledge will be very thankfully taken.

The injector driver module for the high-pressure fuel pump and injectors is mounted next to the water pump. Inspect the connectors and check that the mounting nut/bolts are tight.
Inspect the connector on the high-pressure fuel pump located on the top/rear of the driver's side valve cover.
