Bye Bye LX600
Did you do any research before deciding to waste your money on an Escalade? I hope you didn't get the 6.2L V8. That engine will destroy itself in no time. Many documented cases of that engine failing early. The NHTSA has even started an investigation about this engine failing. Good luck!
I pushed my wife a bit to go look at an Escalade but she is a Toyota girl so no chance she was moving away from it. Our kids are grown and we really did not even need a third row. The slightly smaller rear of the current LX made us think it was a bit smaller than our LX570 but after we got our LX600 home last night and parked it for he night, she realized it is very close in size to our LX570. i miss that V8 already but she could car less about what is under the hood, so as long as she is happy I could care less. If I need a V8 my LC is ready to go at any time
Enjoy your Escalade, they are nice vehicles.

I am not a big guy, 5’11. I too find my LX600 is surprisingly too small than my expectation. For instance, we also own 2020 RX350 and 2024 Camry hybrid, both of them feel more leg room in the second row. My son is 6’1 at 15 years old, he does not like to seat in my LX second row.
and no, I didn’t tried the second row before I bought it simply because LX is so hard to get it here in Canada, my wife and I had to drive 800+km to get it in a different city without my son trying the second row. We just didn’t thought it, as the largest suv Lexus has too offer at the time, would be smaller than our RX. A bit disappointing.
