Hi, new to the forum, just bought my wife a 2010 LX570 in Grey, with African Bubinga wood trim.
a couple pieces of the wood trim are cracked, and the car is otherwise nearly flawless. I’d like to replace just the specific parts, but can’t make heads nor tails of the parts diagrams online. And the dealer won’t give me the info unless I schedule a repair with them.
for reference, it’s the drivers door piece above seat memory, and the ashtray surround (around seat heater switches).
Can you post pictures of the parts you are looking for? I think you're asking about wood on the door panel some part of the center console? FYI new interior parts are generally a small fortune.

well, the car is at the detail shop overnight right now. It’s a really nice car, and from what I’ve seen, a $200 replacement wood trim part is a small price to pay to keep a $30,000 luxury vehicle from continuing to wear and tear.
I’m specifically asking about the wood trim directly above the drivers door seat memory switches. AND I’m asking about the wood trim surrounding the ashtray… this piece includes where the seat heater switches are.
A ban on African Bubinga wood and the trees listing as an endangered species occurred in 2017. Better get the trim pieces while they are still somewhat affordable.
The trim around the ashtray and heated seats control is 5540560240 or substitute 5540560330 but not available that I can see, If you are dedicated enough you could find a wrap that is close and get all the trims wrapped in a wood grain finish, I would have done a carbon fibre finish but I don't want to do the steering wheel so will look for a wood grain finish to match the steering wheel. Mine too has cracked in exactly the same areas.
I cannot find the part number for the door trim near the seat memory switches
