I came across a 2011 LX with 65k miles in mint shape. Black on black with luxury package and pretty much everything. They wont budge from 35k, is that considered a good deal?
Typically I'll run an expanded search for similar years/miles to see what price vehicles are going for. You have to take into account that specific vehicles go for different prices in different geographies due to demand.

Based on what you've been looking at, does it sound like a good deal to you? Are you willing to travel and drive the truck home, or have it shipped to you??
Do they have all of the service records? I just bought a 2011 with 62k miles on it for 37k. One owner, all service records and all Lexus recommended service done to date. Drives like a brand new car. I am absolutely happy with it. For 35k, you better take that deal if the undercarriage isn't rusted all to heck. I would've preferred the black interior but I'm not complaining about the tan interior in the one I bought.
I bought a 2011 LX570 about 4 weeks ago with a little over 98,000 miles. White exterior , black interior. A clean car without luxury package. I paid about 34K for it. I refused all BS extra packages dealer was trying to sell me which would have added about 6K to the price. Hope it helps.
jump ahead a year later for market comparison, i just bought a mint condition 2011 with 68k miles, the luxury package with all options, serviced religiously at the dealership, and paid $36,500 before taxes at lexus. i got them down off $40k by researching all models w/in 500 miles and every time they tried to pull up a comparison model i told them more options or i said yes i'm looking at multiple cars and this is what i feel ti's worth. I offered 36k, they countered with 38k and i immediately said no. they showed me more comparisons then finally i said you're next step is to meet me in the middle at 37k, i said then i'll split that in the middle to 36,500 and we had a deal. stick to your price and know the market to compare and justify what you're asking.
