I have a 2011 LX570 we’ve owned for what seems like forever and I’m buying another car so thinking of adding another LX570. We will be boring with two of the same car in the arsenal but I don’t care. The pricing is though is hard to understand.
If anyone has recent info on recently closed deal pricing I’d love to hear what you were able to negotiate. I’m looking at both two and three row new 2021 models but also have seen some really nice low mileage 2017 3 row models so I’m looking at both. The price isn’t that different from new to several years old unfortunately though.
No ideas on pricing now...our latest is a '13 Land Cruiser which should last a long time.
Pricing is crazy as the 300 Series is in the wings...LOTS feel that the time is right around the corner if they want a V8. Combine that with the 200 Series depreciation is a fraction of the competition keeps prices higher than you might expect. I'd be willing to fly or drive for a good deal. Good ones with service records sell fast.

Any info is greatly appreciated.
There does not seem to be much price info in this forum. I'm in exactly the same position as you. I own a 2011 that I intend to keep, but I'd like a new one, too. If you dig deep enough in this forum, you'll find posts about people getting 15%+ discounts off MSRP in the recent past. However, my recent attempt at getting prices yielded nothing close. A large dealer in the Mid-Atlantic area gave me the following quote on a color/option combo I liked: MSRP: 102,205.00 Savings: $2,330
I was not impressed with that discount.
Perhaps when the chip shortage is over and inventory grows, we can find better deals?
As for used models, I understand that the 2018 model year and forward have newer electronics that will allow more years of usage of the Lexus app suite/cell phone integration. If you care about remote start via an iPhone, you may want to investigate that. Good luck.
Go to the Mud forum, they are much more active. There is an updated pricing section there.
Since the Landcruiser was discontinued in the US and the next version of the LX will have the same v6 that’s in the LS, people are scooping up the last of the V8s. I would not expect much of a discount on these going forward. Inventory is dwindling. Not exactly sure when the redesigned LX will be out, but I have my eyes open.

I was at my local dealer in Maryland recently while my LX was having some service done and I was wandering around the lot for a bit. A sales person came over while I was looking at one of two nice white LX's that they had. I asked him about pricing, and he said no discounts on the LXs, and they haven't had any problem selling the relatively small allocations they've received this year.
