Looking at the service interval manual, the 60k service should include inspecting front / rear differential oil. I haven't personally looked at the diff myself, but I've worked on other vehicles myself before and most (if not all) differentials are 'sealed' where in order to check the diff oil, one will need to open the fill plug and dip inside to check. Is this the case w/ the LX? (MY15). I wonder if the tech will really crack unscrew the fill plug and check the oil condition...because I don't see in the RO / Invoice / WO where a drain / refill plug gasket / o-ring is replaced.
Also for the AHC fluid, also recommended to be replaced at 60k. if AHC isn't 'use' most of the time, can I push it to 90k?

Checking axle fluid level is as simple as removing the fill plug, sticking your finger in the hole, and see if the oil is no more than 1/4" below the fill hole. The fill plug gaskets can normally be reused, but for $1 each (cheaper on Amazon) I always replace both drain and fill plugs.
I follow the trailer-pulling, in-the-dirt schedule on both the LX and Land Cruiser, so I'm draining the diff oil front and rear every 60K. Same with the transfer case. Mobil 1 75W-90 is great for the diff's.
Toyota recommends 75W oil for the trans case, normal dealer pricing for 2 quarts should run north of $100, and that's why most dealers blow it off and use the same Mobil 1 used in the diffs. The only other source for trans case oil that meets Toyota specs is from Ravenol...around $40 for 2 quarts including shipping. I prefer to stay within Toyota fluid specs just in case something strange and unexpected happens. You'll need drain and fill washers, and another washer for the oil level plug in the trans case.
I would not "push" the AHC fluid interval. I replace the AHC fluid on our LX every 30K.

If you drive your LX you are using the AHC all of the time. It is constantly adjusting your shocks while you drive. It should be maintained on a regular schedule like your other fluids.
I would change AHC, Front diff, Rear diff, and trans case every 60k. Dont neglect changing the fluids - it's cheap insurance. If you need a how-to then head over to Ih8mud forum. Several threads with a step by step over there.
